Community Alternative Transport – Suncare Community Services

Suncare Community Services provides a door-to door transport service for  people with disabilities and the aged in Sunshine Coast. This service enables people to access the community for shopping, social outings, and attend medical and other appointments. Prices range from $5 to $20. Costs are calculated on distance travelled from your pickup point to your destination. Eligibility to this service and assessments are done over the phone.
