Our members firmly believe that individualised funding is the most cost effective and beneficial way for people with a disability to receive the service they require. At 121 Care, the person with the disability, after securing funding and entry into the service has their dollar value calculated in available hours of support. The funding remains the property of the client, not the organisation.
You will have an accessible vehicle to use with family or carers at your convenience. The van is equipped to carry one wheelchair and up to four adults.
121 Care van can be used to attend social activities, shopping, appointments, sight-seeing and for weekend breaks.
